Lifetime Deadbolt Mechanism Warranty – Products are warranted for a lifetime from date of purchase against deadbolt mechanism failure due to faulty workmanship or materials while the original purchaser lives and owns the lock. This warranty does not cover the finish, defects or damage arising from improper installation, incorrect product application, improper maintenance, storage, shipping, handling or normal wear and tear as determined by Weiser Inc.

Limited 1-year Electronic Warranty - Products are warranted for a 1-year period from date of purchase against electronic failure due to faulty workmanship or materials, while the original purchaser owns the lock. This warranty does not cover the finish, defects or damage arising from improper installation, incorrect product application, improper maintenance, storage, shipping, handling or normal wear and tear as determined by Weiser Inc.

Products stating BRILLIANCE®:

Brilliance® Finish Warranty - Products are warranted for a lifetime from date of purchase against finish deterioration, while the original purchaser owns the lock. This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper installation, incorrect product application, improper maintenance, storage, shipping, handling or normal wear and tear as determined by Weiser Inc.

Products NOT stating Brilliance®, but manufactured January 1, 2002 or later:

Lifetime Finish Warranty - Products are warranted for a lifetime from date of purchase against finish deterioration, while the original purchaser owns the lock. This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from improper installation, incorrect product application, improper maintenance, storage, shipping, handling or normal wear and tear as determined by Weiser Inc.

10-year Finish Warranty - Pr
oducts are warranted for a 10-year period from date of purchase against finish deterioration, while the original purchaser owns the lock. This warranty does not cover the finish, defects or damage arising from improper installation, incorrect product application, improper maintenance, storage, shipping, handling or normal wear and tear as determined by Weiser Inc.

Products NOT stating Brilliance® and manufactured prior to June 1, 2000:

These products do not qualify for a product finish warranty.
